Russell Investment Collective, Inc. currently accepts payment only for clearly described property-related services, including the Property Stewardship Strategy Session. Payments are charged in U.S. dollars through an authorized third-party payment processor.
The company does not accept investor funds, property-purchase funds, escrow deposits, securities purchases, public investments, or funds for investment management through this website.
Payment for a Property Stewardship Strategy Session is due when the appointment is scheduled. Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable.
If Russell Investment Collective, Inc. cancels an appointment, the client may reschedule or receive a full refund. The written session summary is generally delivered within five business days following the completed consultation.
